Throughout her career, Michelle has worked closely with business owners, helping them navigate growth, optimize operations, and plan. Her experience as both an advisor and a practice owner allows her to offer practical, strategic guidance grounded in lived experience, not just theory.

His career has taken him through Morgan Stanley, where he led the development of a real-time trading data aggregation platform, Shopify, where he designed and shipped the public Partner API, and Stripe, where he works on onboarding and account experiences. That breadth has shaped a strong instinct for what makes software trustworthy: clear interfaces, careful handling of sensitive data, and an eye for the details that make a process feel professional.
